I hold a PhD in Veterinary Science (pre-specialty in Bromatology) with 4 years of experience in research and teaching, and over 20 years in auditing, training, and consulting for agri-food companies in Spain and across Europe. I am currently developing my professional career in the field of consulting, training, and auditing for agri-food industries (GFSI standards: BRCGS, IFS, and FSSC 22000). To do so, I rely on:
